The service associates arrived as scheduled. Upon beginning the repairs they discovered that the Repairs necessary were much more extensive then what originally showed. In 100° heat, they commenced the repairs that were necessary in a very thorough and professional manner without complaint. They did not rush the job in any way.They were courteous throughout and explained and showed me the issues requiring repair. Our pond looks wonderful.. I would give my highest recommendation without hesitation for Paradise Ponds.
Paradise Ponds has consistently provided excellent service and advise to me concerning my 20 year old pond. Through their suggestions and advise I not only extended the life of my 3500 gallon pond but also upgraded it to included a 20 foot stream and waterfall. They come quickly wherever I call for assistance and the staff and technicians are extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Recently, I’ve had the opportunity to work with Ilan and the Paradise Ponds team on 2 waterfalls adjacent to a new pool. The team arrived on time, fully prepared, and did an amazing job. We tweaked the final install to perfect it further. On their own, even after final payment, the team made a courtesy trip a few days later to ensure everything was working as intended. Very happy with their effort and would recommend anyone looking for waterfalls to consider Paradise Ponds. Thank you!
Crew went above and beyond my expectations! My husband and I installed a pond ourselves over 20 years ago and they upgraded the rocks, the waterfalls and the entire plumbing system to be more efficient and easy to keep clean. The waterfall is crazy good, the crew were fun and information. I can’t say enough about how pleased I am. Worth every dime!
If you are looking for a waterfall STOP!!!! Paradise Ponds is where you want to be!! From my call for an estimate to the install, was seamless. Their staff is warm and friendly. I explained to Ilan what I had wanted for my waterfall – He gave me what I wanted and more….I ended up so much better than I imagined. I will highly recommend Paradise Ponds to everyone!! I’m so happy and grateful for my beautiful waterfall.
Ilan and his crews did an awesome job on our pondless waterfall. He really listened to what I wanted and made sure everything came out even better than I imagined. Super knowledgeable, easy to work with, and always willing to make changes to match my vision. I’d definitely recommend him to anyone looking to add something special to their yard!
Been using their service to clean my pond for several years now. Every single person that has ever been to my home has been super nice and very knowledgeable. They answer all your questions, do a fantastic job. I wouldn’t dream of calling anyone else. Would give them 10 stars!!!!

These guys are the best, very responsive if I have any problems, always available to answer my questions and regular maintenance is easily scheduled- My fish are happy and I still get compliments on my 10 year old pond.
